Create New Case Using JurisTools 

1. Users can use the case builder section of JurisTools to create a new case
   
2. To create a new case the user needs to provide details such as a case name, and notes, along with that user has the option to select case templates and case path 

1. Launch JurisTools and navigate to the case builder section, in the case builder section, locate and click on the "Create New Case" button. This prominently displayed button serves as the starting point for initiating the case creation process. 
   
   

1. Begin by entering essential details, including a descriptive case name, Additionally, users have the option to include helpful notes that provide additional context or instructions.
   
2. JurisTools offers a selection of case templates. Users can choose from a variety of pre-designed templates tailored to different case types, saving time and ensuring consistency in case management.
   
   
3. Users can select a case path to store their cases in their preferred folder.
   
   
4. Upon successful creation of a case, users will receive a pop-up notification confirming the creation. By clicking the "OK" button, users will be automatically redirected to the respective folder where the newly created case is stored.
   

           

1. Users can conveniently move data from a data source to the respective case folder using drag and drop functionality.
   

Import/Export Case [From JurisTools to InTrial application]

Export Case To InTrial Application 

1. Visit the Import/Export app section within the JurisTools, Users need to connect their iPad to their system using a USB cable.
   

1. Users need to select their iPad from the device list displayed in the JurisTools and open the InTrial application on the iPad.
   

1. From the app list, choose "InTrial Pro" to access the list of cases from the InTrial application.
   
2. In the case section of JurisTools, select only one case and click on the "Transfer" button to transfer a complete case.
   

 Import Case From InTrial Application

1. Within the InTrial application, select at least one case from the case list.
   
2. Click on the "Backup" button.
3. Specify the desired source path for the backup.
   
4. To restore a backed-up case, click on the "Restore" button within the InTrial application.
   

Import/Export Case Data [From JurisTools to InTrial application]

Export Case data 

1. Open the case from the list of case lists of InTrial application
   
2. Within the selected case, access the respective folder.
3. To import files, simply drag and drop them from the local database to the desired destination folder.
   

Import Case data 

1. Open the respective case containing the case folder.
   

1. Click on the "Save to" button, and select the destination path where you want to export the folder.
   

1. Click "OK" to initiate the export process.
   
2. The respective folder, along with its contents, will be exported to the specified destination folder.
   

Create New Case Using InTrial iPad App

1. The user needs to create a new case and provide the required data regarding case information and deposition 
   
2. Once the case is created then a user can access the particular data and import the respective data  related to the case 
   

1. To create a new case on the InTrial application, follow these easy steps
   
2. Start by selecting the option to create a new case. This will initiate the process.  
   
   

1. Provide the necessary information about the case, including details such as case type, parties involved i.e. judge, counsel, reporter, consultant, witness and any relevant dates, This will ensure accurate case management.
   
2. Additionally, make sure to include deposition information, such as the names of the witnesses, deposition dates, and locations. This will streamline the deposition process.
   
   
3. Once the case is successfully created, the user gains access to a dedicated case list where all the relevant case data can be easily managed.
   
   

1. Within this dedicated space, users can import and attach any relevant documents or evidence related to the case. This enables efficient organization and retrieval of case-related data.
