To mark up your data, follow these detailed steps:

  • Inside the InTrial iPad application open the specific case you want to work on within the InTrial application.


  • Navigate to the exhibit section within the application.


  • Inside the exhibit section, you will find a collection of PDF files available for viewing.


  • Select the particular file that you wish to mark up with your data.

  • Once the file is open, you will have access to various markup features, choose from a range of options including a highlighter, circles, arrows, freehand drawing, and stamps.


  • To highlight specific data, select the highlighter (abbreviated as "HL") from the available options and apply it to the relevant sections of your data file.


  • The application also provides the ability to change the color of the highlighter, allowing you to customize your markup.


  • Additionally, you can draw circles or insert arrows to further emphasize important data points.



  • You can also modify the color of the circles and arrows you have drawn.


  • As an alternative to arrows, you can transform them into line shapes.


  • The application also includes a freehand feature, enabling you to draw any desired shapes or annotations.


  • If needed, there is an option to clear all the markup data you have applied.


  • The app provides a specialized feature called a stamp, which allows you to highlight a proof line by placing a stamp on it.


  • You have the ability to manage the size, color, and rotation of the stamp.


  • Furthermore, you can edit the text data on the stamp, tailoring it to your requirements.


  • If you wish to adjust the markup preferences, you can access the exhibit section within the settings.


  • Within the exhibit settings, you can change the color of the highlighter, circles, arrows, and freehand annotations.
