Overview: 

To upload depositions with synchronized transcripts, the steps involve creating a transcript file, converting the video to MP4 format, transferring the transcript data to the trial application, and synchronizing the transcript data

STEP 1:  Create a transcript file

To accomplish this, follow these steps:

• Open the JurisTools application.

• Visit the Sync File Converter section within the application.
  
  
  

• Select the CMS file from the source folder and choose the destination folder to store the file.
  
  
  

• Click on the "Convert" button. A confirmation pop-up will appear displaying the selected file. Click on the "Save" button to initiate the conversion process.
  
  
  

• You will receive a pop-up notification indicating that the file has been successfully converted.
  
  
  

STEP 2:  Convert the video file into MP4 format 

To accomplish this, follow these steps:

• Navigate to the designated section titled "Video/Audio Converter."
  
  
  

• Visit the desired folder where the files are located.
  
  
  

• Simply drag and drop the MPG files into the highlighted section.
  
  
  

• Proceed to set video and audio preferences according to your requirements.
  
  
  

• Choose the destination path to store the converted video.
  
  
  

• Adjust the brightness, contrast, and saturation settings for the selected video, if desired.
  
  
  

• Select the file and click on the "Convert" button.
  
  
  

• As the conversion process begins, you will be able to monitor the progress of the conversion.
  
  
  

• Once the file is successfully converted the user can see the process completion status
  
  

STEP 3:  Move transcript data into the InTrial application  

To accomplish this, follow these steps: 

• Attach the flash drive to your iPad and go to the import section in the InTrial application

• Select the flash drive option from the available sources.
  
  
  

• Users need to import their transcript files & videos into InTrial application
  
  
  

• Tap on the download option to initiate the file transfer process
  
  
  

• All the files will be automatically imported into their respective folders based on their format.
  
  

STEP 4:  Sync transcript data  

• To accomplish this, follow these steps:

• After the files are imported, the user should proceed to the transcript section and select the corresponding file.
  
  
  

• Upon clicking on the transcript file, the synchronized video will start playing.
