STEP 1: Create a transcript file
To accomplish this, follow these steps:
Open the JurisTools application.
Visit the Sync File Converter section within the application.
Select the CMS file from the source folder and choose the destination folder to store the file.
Click on the "Convert" button. A confirmation pop-up will appear displaying the selected file. Click on the "Save" button to initiate the conversion process.
You will receive a pop-up notification indicating that the file has been successfully converted.
STEP 2: Convert the video file into MP4 format
To accomplish this, follow these steps:
Navigate to the designated section titled "Video/Audio Converter."
Visit the desired folder where the files are located.
Simply drag and drop the MPG files into the highlighted section.
Proceed to set video and audio preferences according to your requirements.
Choose the destination path to store the converted video.
Adjust the brightness, contrast, and saturation settings for the selected video, if desired.
Select the file and click on the "Convert" button.
As the conversion process begins, you will be able to monitor the progress of the conversion.
Once the file is successfully converted the user can see the process completion status
STEP 3: Move transcript data into the InTrial application
To accomplish this, follow these steps:
Attach the flash drive to your iPad and go to the import section in the InTrial application
Select the flash drive option from the available sources.
Users need to import their transcript files & videos into InTrial application
Tap on the download option to initiate the file transfer process
All the files will be automatically imported into their respective folders based on their format.
STEP 4: Sync transcript data
To accomplish this, follow these steps:
After the files are imported, the user should proceed to the transcript section and select the corresponding file.
Upon clicking on the transcript file, the synchronized video will start playing.
