InTrial Installation Process

  • The administrator adds the user's email address to Firebase, Subsequently, the user receives an email containing instructions on how to use the InTrial beta application

  • User need to open this email on their particular iPad device and then the user needs to click on the "Get Started" button.


  • Upon clicking, the user must accept the invitation.


  • Once the invitation is accepted, the user receives details about the app, including the build version.


  • Next, the user needs to click on "Register Device" to proceed with the registration process.


  • Clicking on "Register Device" triggers a pop-up with instructions on how to install the firebase profile, which consists of three steps.


  • The first step is to download the profile. The user needs to click on the profile and wait for the download to complete.


  • Once the download finishes, a pop-up notification will appear confirming that the profile has been downloaded.


  • After downloading the profile, in The second step, the user should open the device's settings and search for the "profile download" option.


  • A pop-up will appear where the user can proceed to install the profile.


  • Finally, the user should click on "Install" and then click on "Done."


  • The next step is for the user to return to Gmail and click on the "Done" button.


  • Afterward, the user will be able to see a download button for the application.


  • Clicking on this button will initiate the application download.

  • OPTIONAL WORKFLOW: A pop-up message will appear with the option to "Open in iTunes."


  • The user should click on the "Open" button. Another pop-up will then appear, asking for permission to install the application.


  • By clicking on the "Install" button, the application will begin installing.


  • By completing these steps, the application process will be finished, and the user can open the trial application on their device.
