Subscription Timeout Period for InTrial
The administrator will generate a subscription code from the JurisCloud and share it with their users.
Users must provide the given code to log in when using the InTrial application for the first time. With this code, users can access the InTrial application for 72 hours, both online and offline.
After the initial 72-hour period, users will encounter a page prompting them to refresh their subscription.
To continue using the InTrial app for another 72 hours, users must click the "Refresh Subscription" button. Therefore, every 72 hours, users must refresh their subscriptions using this method.
If users possess a new activation code, they can utilize it to activate their subscription.
However, users must remain in online mode while attempting to refresh their subscription; otherwise, they will be redirected to an activation failure page.
